Varsity Head Coach - Victoria Cruciani

Coach Tori Cruciani has been an avid volleyball player since she was 10 years old. Once in high school, she played at Pope John Paul II for 4 years and was named captain by her senior year. During her time at PJP, they earned back to back to back district championships. While in high school, she also played on national club teams for both Synergy Volleyball Club and East Coast Power Volleyball. She committed to play Division II volleyball at West Chester University, where she was eventually named captain and went on to break 3 school records. Coach Tori has been mentoring and coaching volleyball players since 2013, specializing in middle blocking and hitting. She began coaching at Radnor High School in 2023, and has coached regional and national club teams for the past 3 years.

Coach Samantha Lucas was first introduced to volleyball in Middle School while attending the Agnes Irwin School. She was a Varsity player on the team for all four years in High School. Attending the University of Vermont she joined the club team and has continued to play as an adult. She began coaching sports and mentoring young women in 2010. Her high school volleyball coaching career started in 2021 at Merion Mercy Academy before taking over the Radnor High School Girls Volleyball program in 2022. Coach Sam has experience coaching national club teams and is also a USAV official.
JV Head Coach - Shannon Fisher

Coach Shannon grew up in a sports family, mostly basketball. She's got three siblings and ironically, none of them played basketball in college (one volleyball, two softball, and a cross country runner). Coach Shannon is from the Lehigh Valley and played volleyball and basketball at Allentown Central Catholic. She was a member of the team when ACC won a volleyball PIAA state championship and lost one (both seasons with her sister on the team). Coach Shannon went on to play volleyball at Lafayette College where she was a captain, a career record holder, and All Patriot League player (x2). She then coached college volleyball for several years as well as club, which she started during her collegiate career. After that, Coach Shannon served as a high school athletic director, and coaching volleyball, at two different high schools, mostly recently at Merion Mercy Academy. She now works for East Coast Power, a local volleyball club, and serves as the Director of Operations. She's been doing that for about a year and that role affords her the opportunity to coach high school volleyball. She's decided that she wanted to share her time and talents with Radnor, and is excited for the season!
Freshman Head Coach - Jonathan Preziuso

Coach Prez has been coaching the RGV Freshmen team for more than 10 years. He is a math teacher at RHS and is in his 28th year teaching (19th year at Radnor). He also coaches the Freshmen Boys Basketball Team and the Freshmen Boys Baseball Team. When he is not at Radnor, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and son Anthony.
